The Business Services industry comprises a large array of small, medium and large enterprises including multinationals and franchises. An estimated 87 per cent of Business Services enterprises are small-medium enterprises. The industry is made up of organisations that provide business-related services to other businesses. It covers a wide range of sectors including marketing and advertising, management consulting, legal services, human resources and staffing, data processing and customer contact facilities (or call centres). Business services underpin the work of organisations in all sectors of the economy from large commercial enterprises through to small not-for-profit organisations.
This course is suitable for those who have previously worked in a business services environment. The qualification reflects the role of individuals who can apply a broad range of skills and knowledge in a number of different work environments and situations They may also provide technical advice and support to a team in their daily role.

The fees for this course are split into two semesters.
Semester one fee is $766.50
Semester two fee is $328.50
