What is a Traineeship?

Traineeships are a way of combining paid employment with structured training, leading to a recognised qualification. Traineeships are a government funded initiative designed to develop a more skilled Australian workforce. Employees are given the opportunity to complete nationally recognised qualifications whilst working. All training and assessments are done on the job- there are no external classes or exams. It is like Tafe coming to you!
